Warranty Policy

All goods supplied by Manaia Water Products NZ are covered under the manufacturers warranty. Details of warranty periods are available as a part of the websites product descriptions.

You as the consumer will be covered under the Consumer Guarantees act 1993 & the fair trading act 1986.

If you believe that you have a valid warranty claim & can provide all information justifying the claim, please contact us immediately to remedy the situation in the first instance.

The process for returning any products for a warranty claim is very similar to our returns policy and should be used in conjunction with this policy.
