Returns Policy:
 
Our main goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the goods & services provided by Manaia Water Products NZ.
 
We offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit as a part of our returns policy.
 
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, please make contact to resolve any issues or concerns you may have regarding goods supplied.
 
Product returns may incur a $45 restocking fee or 20% of the total invoiced amount, whichever is the greater.
 
We reserve the right to refuse any product returns without pre-approval first!
 
As the purchaser, you must make contact within 7 days of the original purchase date.
 
To initiate a return, please follow the steps as specified below:
 
1. Contact us directly, by emailing sales@manaiaproducts.com, detailing the reasons for return.
2. Provide proof of purchase from Manaia Water Products NZ i.e., transaction receipt, tax invoice, etc
 
Once we are satisfied that all the relevant information has been received, a Return Materials Authority (RMA) number will be allocated, only then can goods be returned
 
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

 

  • Returned goods must be in original packaging, have no visible signs of wear or use & are in re-sellable condition.

  • The costs for returning goods are NOT covered by Manaia Water Products NZ unless specified otherwise.
     

Additional Information
 

  • Please allow for a 2–3day period for any refund, replacement, or store credit to be issued.

 
Goods Damaged in Transit:
 
Please ensure that goods are inspected for damage upon delivery. Should you receive goods supplied by Manaia Water Products NZ that are damaged - Please make contact within 48hrs.
